Meet The Founder

DeLana Rutherford is a native of New Orleans, LA. In 2006, DeLana, along with her family, relocated to the Atlanta, Georgia area. Her and her husband, Myles pastor a thriving multicultural church, Worship with Wonders.

Over the years, DeLana has encountered so many people in need. Women, single parents, teenagers and much more. Along with her personal experience of overcoming depression and anxiety, this fueled her to develop an even deeper passion to help people. She began the journey of “be YOU…on purpose” by simply reminding people by saying it. Soon it turned into a shirt, a store, a book, a movement with 100’s of ladies coming to an event each year, giving away cars to help needs, an annual Christmas gathering for single moms, that she blesses with a first class dinner experience, many gifts and so much more.

One of her greatest dreams is to build a community subdivision for single moms and their children who need a little help getting on their feet. DeLana has always supported those who need love and help. Sometimes just by simply celebrating them. Her desire is to see many more helped through her foundation in years to come.
